Avocado Fest Come to the avocado fest! Held every year in April, this Fallbrook tradition features guacamole taste-tests, an avocado Olympics featuring avocado croquet and avocado pit spitting, a Little Mr. and Miss. Avocado pageant (kids 4-8), an Avocado 500 where cars made out of avocados compete, and the culinary contest for both professionals and amateurs. Don´t forget to check out the Antique Aircraft show and take a tour of the world-class Del Rey Avocado Company! The Avocado fest features hundreds of booths diplaying items for sale and also includes citrus, nuts and of course; avocados! Don´t forget to take your picture next to the giant avocado!
